Emma, Cornwall....Hi Jill,
Just wanted to touch base with you to pass on some comments
from our group. We thought your service was excellent,
slick and professional. Directions on arrival were great
and it was very easy to find you just outside arrivals with
the orange sign! The very clean and smart mini buses were
not parked miles away and we were quickly loaded up and
whisked off to our hotel. I can't believe we were in the
hotel just 45 minutes after we landed! Pretty good going.
We had a large party of 19 ranging from 3 to 63 so it was
nice to be all organized and stress free. The return trip
back was smooth too. Will definitely recommend you to

We have just returned from a holiday in Tenerife where we
stayed at The Parque Christobel complex. I have to use a
wheel chair to get about so was a bit aprehensive about
flying and transfer to and from the air port etc. We booked
equipment and airport transfers via your goodselves and I
would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all
concerned for providing a superb service.It was a big relief
for my wife as she didn't have to worry about things at the
airport etc and the scooter enabled us to get out and about

helpful and efficient - our departure collection was fifteen
minutes ahead of the scheduled time!! It is good to know

We have recently returned from our holiday in Tenerife,
where we had a great time. The holiday was even more relaxed
due to your driver being very pleasant and driving us very
carefully to and from our hotel. We all commented that what
a difference it made to the holiday not having to wonder if
we would arrive safely at our hotel (mad Spanish taxi
drivers) have been visiting Tenerife for about 20 years and
always used Taxi's until this year when I found your company
on the internet. As we visit Tenerife about 3 times a year
you will certainly be getting our custom for now on |

Family.....Just thought I would feedback thanks for
transfer arrangements for our family. Very professional and
the friendly welcome really appreciated. The service got our
holiday off to a great start and the assistance with luggage
was a massive help. The friendly chat by the drivers both
ways was very welcoming. The children, disabled party,
senior citizens and my wife and I relaxed from collection to
return. We will certainly use the service again and
recommend to family and friends. We do not usually take the
time to feedback on service however this service was
exceptional and deserves some form of acknowledgement and
appreciation. |

shuttle bus from the airport to our apartment, the
wheelchair and our day trip around the island. Everyone was

Having just returned from a two week holiday in Tenerife I
felt I had to write to say a big thank you for the wonderful
service you provided in collecting us from the airport and
taking us to our hotel (the Mar Y Sol) and collecting us and
returning us to the airport. Your sign on arrival was very
clear and we had no problems in finding you and on
collecting us for our departure your driver was in fact
earlier than the time expected so as we were ready we were
able to get going straight away. I have already recommended
you to one friend who used you in October (name of
Howe/Cotton) and will definitely recommend you to any other
people who book their transport direct. Once again thank you
for a wonderful service and we shall definitely use your
services again when we next visit Tenerife. |

We would like to say thank
you to you and your driver Andy on our recent
Tenerife excursion
when we went to see Vilaflor,
Mount Teide and Los
Gigantes. We enjoyed our
Tenerife Excursion very much and Andy was a
mind of information. We took lots of photos and film so
we will be able to look back on our memories in the
future. Andy also collected a few souvenirs for us,
namely sulphur, volcanic rock and even a pine cone.

some scary taxi rides to and from the airport, but these

approached by several totes asking if we required any

transfers, How Glad we were that we had booked with
orange
bus we were met at the luggage belt and the orange bus rep
helped us with our luggage to the bus and Marcus our driver
transported us to our hotel in a clean and new bus, on the
way we were told of events that are happening on the island,
During our stay we booked the bus and Marcus for a days
Tenerife Excursion
tour. Nothing was to much Trouble for Marcus and we will be
