Evening Trip to Escalona

Bodega Wine Tasting and Typical Canarian Restaurant.

If you want to have a night out in a typical Canarian restaurant in the hills, and you want to try authentic Canarian cooking then this is the trip for you.

We pick you up from your accommodation around 6.00 p.m. and we travel up into the hills away from the main resorts to a small Bodega where we can sample and buy wine direct from the grower.

A short 10 minute journey then brings us to our typical Canarian restaurant (mobility friendly) which is often used to host Canarian weddings.

This is your chance to try different Canarian dishes which means, because you have a taster of each dish, you will nearly always be able to find something that you like, whereas if you went to a restaurant on your own, you may not want to order such specialities because you may not like it and feel you have wasted your money.

We all sit down and sample a range of Canarian food including meatballs, Croquettes, Goat, Rabbit, Chicken and some other speciality dishes including Gofio, dishes which are typically different to those which are available on the seafront.

We then return you to your accommodation around 10.00pm.

The price includes all food at the restaurant, water on the table and a half bottle of local wine (or Soft drink or Beer as an alternative).
