What’s the difference between Orange Bus and all the others?

Orange Bus and the unparalleled service we give are unique in Tenerife in several ways:

• Uniquely, all staff are British and understand British customs, timekeeping and driving standards. All our drivers hold a full coach drivers licence.

• Our luxury, executive air-conditioned, Minibuses are unique, with reclining leather trimmed seats offering better legroom if required.

• Unlike anyone else our service can include meeting you inside the arrival hall, helping you get your baggage and giving assistance through the airport with a wheelchair if necessary.

• Our service level is refreshingly unique. We have a 24 hour number based in Tenerife staffed by British people in case of problems.

What’s the difference between “Shuttle Transfer” and “Private Transfer?”

A shuttle transfer is when you find our stand inside the arrivals collection area before collecting your luggage off the carousel. Once you have your bags you are escorted to the minibus. There may be a wait of no more than 45 minutes of up to 3 more parties. You may then get dropped off last after the other parties. On the other hand you may get straight on the bus and be dropped off first! Its luck of the draw.

With a private transfer you will be the only people on the minibus so you will be taken straight to your minibus and taken straight to your accommodation with minimal delay. 

How do I pay?

You can pay by PayPal if you have an account, by Visa or MasterCard at the end of the booking process, or, if you are an Orange Badge client renting equipment, you can pay for everything when your equipment is delivered in resort.  If you wish you can pay the Orange Bus Driver on the day.

Can I bring my own mobility scooter?

Yes you can but you should understand the potential problems and costs involved. We don't say this because we rent scooters, we want to help, but if your equipment is damaged en route or you suffer a break down whilst on holiday, your return journey through both airports could be a nightmare because you have to push a broken down scooter as well as all your luggage etc. If you rent a scooter with Orange Badge, any problems are theirs and you can also get your meet and greet service free!
